We as workers need protection from big corperations.

Unions are a way for fellow workers to band together to protect their rights.I beleive there is strength in numbers.

Are you happy with low wages long hours and no respect.?

No I thought not.Then why not unite and take back what is rightfully yours to begin with.

Some people want you to believe unions are wrong.These people are MANAGMENT think about that for a min.Tell me this if forming a union is wrong then why does our government protect us for joining them.Becuase the law says it is our right to join or form a union.

WAKE UP PEOPLE get the facts stop letting other people influince you.I have joined with JUSTICE 4 JANITORS SEIU local 2 because they are helping a poor sap like me fight for my rights.

I want and deserve better wages normal working hours and most but not least RESPECT.Yes I get upset when people take advantage of my talents and get rich off my hard work and in return give me nothing .

Like you I work long and hard for what I have and I will be damned if a company is going to beat me to the ground and take away my right to earn a decent living.Are you afraid of your boss? Why because they have the power to end your LIFE.

Thats right your LIFE because they can fire you on the spot for any reason.Why because they can you are unprotected.when you join or form a union you are protecting your rights.You will not stand alone or be afraid because when you are with a union you have every one of your co-workers behind you.

I call a boss a diaper.Why because they are always on your ass and are usualy full of shit.with out us workers there would be no management.We make the companys money we work the long hours and make squat for pay.The managers get the perks maybe a new car outrages money we get kicked in the face and told to like it.

Feels good doesnt it? HELL NO I will not stand by and watch these companys do this to us how about you stand with me and tell them we will not take it any more.Go and get the truth JUSTICE FOR JANITORS are here to help and with your help we can do something about this.
